Information about our products

Indulgence Confectionery does not use any products that contain vegetable fat. We only use chocolate that contains cocoa butter. All our chocolates contain a trace of lecithin which is derived from soya.

The chocolates that we use contain the following cocoa and milk solids:

  • Java milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 32.9%, milk solids 19.9%
  • White chocolate contains cocoa solids 28%, milk solids 23%
  • Caramel milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 31.2%, milk solids 19.9%
  • Honey milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 32.8%, milk solids 20.8%
  • Strawberry chocolate contains cocoa solids 27%, milk solids 20.1%
  • Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 53.8%
  • Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 70.4%Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 75%
  • Drinking Chocolate contains cocoa solids 45%, milk solids 12%

Returns policy

We will only refund payment for products where there is a fault with the items that we are responsible for. All requests for refunds must be notified in writing within 10 days of the purchase date. The items must be returned to us in the original packaging for inspection by our Chocolatier. Any refund due will be notified by email or post. We will not refund any payment unless there is a fault incurred by Indulgence Confectionery. We do not offer refunds under any other circumstances.

All our products are made and sold as clearly stated on our website. We only offer refunds on faulty goods. We do not offer refunds on items that are custom made to order or that are returned 3 weeks after dispatch and therefore out of date. Please note our chocolates are made in a kitchen that uses nut products and, therefore, may contain a trace of nuts
