Yes. All our chocolates are hand made using chocolate moulds that we decorate first and our truffles are individually hand dipped.


If I place an order, when can I expect to receive it?

As orders are freshly made, it is anticipated that your order will be dispatched 24 hours after receipt of your order.

For example, if you place an order on Monday by 3.00pm, you will receive your order by 1.00pm on Wednesday.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Guaranteed Next Day Delivery


How much do I pay for postage and packaging?

Postage and packaging costs are dependent on the total order value.

Can I collect my order to avoid postage charges?

Orders can be collected from us, but only by prior arrangement with Indulgence Confectionery. Please feel free to contact us to discuss.


What is the ideal storage temperature and shelf life of your chocolates?

Our truffles and filled chocolates have a 2-3 week shelf life from dispatch. Our lollipops and drinking chocolate mix both have a shelf life of 6-8 months from dispatch.

We recommend that our truffles and chocolates are stored at around 10-12ºC or in a cool room. In very hot weather, chocolates should be placed into a refrigerator, but allow some time at room temperature prior to serving.


I am interested in having a wedding chocolate made for me. Where do I start?

On receipt of your initial £10 deposit, Indulgence Confectionery will discuss your requirements. It is our mission to translate your idea into a once-in-a-lifetime chocolate to help celebrate your special day.

Previous examples include a Singapore Sling cocktail chocolate centre to a cardamom ganache in a green and gold shell. It is also possible to include your initials within the chocolate shell, to provide you with a totally unique chocolate.

Your deposit will be refunded on receipt of your final order.


When placing an order, can I pick the chocolates I prefer or exclude certain flavours?

Yes. When you reach the Checkout, please write any specific requirements in the 'Message to Seller' box.

All orders are packaged according to our customers' requests. Indulgence Confectionery will try to accommodate all customer requests. If, for some reason, it is not possible to accommodate your request, Indulgence Confectionery will be happy discuss alternative options.


Will you answer questions about allergies or intolerances?

Yes. We take all dietary issues very seriously and will be happy to answer all queries relating to allergies and intolerances.


I wish to place a large order, but have boxes sent to several different addresses. Is this possible?

Yes. Indulgence Confectionery welcomes large orders. We can place cards or other items into the boxes with your personalised message and then send direct to any UK address you specify.

Please note that separate orders will incur separate postage charges. Please email us to discuss the most cost efficient way to purchase multiple orders.


I have a list of relatives and friends who I would like to send boxes to for Christmas, can I pre-order?

Yes. We prefer to take pre-orders early, as December is our busiest month. Simply email us and we can arrange this for you. We will need to know the UK addresses for your orders and what date you wish the boxes to be delivered.

We would require payment in advance for this facility.


I work for a company who send out gifts to clients and seasonal gifts for staff.
What can Indulgence Confectionery provide?

We have on many occasions sent out favour boxes or corporate gifts to companies for various occasions. These occasions have ranged from small office parties to a function where we supplied chocolate for an official event that was attended by her Majesty the Queen.

We can send chocolate gifts in many sizes, ranging from a favour box containing two chocolates up to a 1kg box that contains 120 chocolates.

We are also able to place cards, or any item of your preference, into the boxes. These can be sent to any UK address on a pre-arranged date, providing sufficient notice is given.
